Scalable, Modernised and Flexible: Helping UK Insurers unlock additional benefit from their cloud platforms

The benefits of migrating legacy workloads to the cloud are well known, but only an estimated 15% of all workloads have currently been moved, so there is still a long way to go.  Furthermore, existing migrations have frequently led to dissatisfaction as the true value of the Cloud has not been achieved.

For UK Insurance companies currently undergoing their cloud journey, there is a great opportunity to achieve benefits beyond the widely stated operational efficiencies.  At this specially convened Tech Monitor roundtable dinner, sponsored by Sourced Group we will discuss key best practices relating to cloud adoption.

Resilience and Growth: How to Stay Ahead with AI

In today’s fast evolving digital landscape, businesses of all sizes – from SMEs to PLCs – must navigate the complexities of sustained hybrid working and quickly identify how to harness the benefits of new technologies such as AI, all while striving to maintain competitiveness, achieve sustainable growth, and uphold security.

It is why more and more enterprises are embracing the transformative power of hybrid cloud. The attraction is clear: it combines the scalability and cost-effectiveness of the public cloud with the security and control of on-premise infrastructure, enabling businesses to seamlessly integrate legacy systems, optimise workloads, and improve operational efficiency.

It is, however, not a one-size fits all solution and many organisations have yet to enjoy a significant return on their investment. Challenges such as interoperability, data residency and regulatory compliance underscore the critical importance of strategic planning and the need for effective collaboration.

Tech Monitor is therefore delighted to partner with Lenovo and Intel for an exclusive roundtable to discuss where opportunities and challenges exist with the hybrid cloud. Against a backdrop of global economic uncertainty and rising geopolitical tensions, this invite-only event will convene senior tech leaders from a cross-section of industries to assess how hybrid cloud can help unlock growth and improve business resilience. The event will also consider what the rapid adoption of AI means from a platform and infrastructure perspective as enterprise-wide applications continue to be explored.
